[hpsdr] BOM error

To those building Janus, I think I've found an error in the BOM.  R24 needs
to be a 120 ohm resistor, as shown in the schematics.  The BOM indicates 100
ohms.  This resistor is in a voltage divider that sets the 10 volt level.
