[hpsdr] Janus

Hi All,
  My janus board has2 extra leds on LED4 and LED5 Just above the connector. The JTAG jumper is open.and I did not do anything with ptt jumpers.The 4 other 
  leds are on. OZY is communicating. I get no spectrum display not even noise and no audio
  frank.
