[hpsdr] Jump start on Ozy BoM - UNAUTHORIZED

I've managed to pull a preliminary BoM for an Ozy board from Phil
Covington's Rev. XA6 Ozy schematic and posted it at

DO NOT ORDER USING THIS LIST! I did this with no go-ahead from Phil, and
haven't checked it myself - I used the free PADS version and pasted
through the clipboard - so anything might change, but it's a place to
start.
